We are looking for expertise in the following areas:
Microbiology Specialist
Expertly Manage Anaerobic Digestion Processes: Oversee and optimize the microbiological processes involved in anaerobic digestion to maximize biogas production efficiency.
Optimize Bioprocess Parameters: Analyze and adjust key factors such as pH, temperature, and substrate concentration to enhance microbial activity and biogas yield.
Monitor and Analyze Microbial Communities: Utilize molecular biology techniques to study and manage microbial communities within biogas reactors, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
Process Automation Programmer
Design and Implement Automation Systems: Develop and maintain automation systems using PLCs, SCADA, and other control technologies to optimize industrial processes.
Program and Optimize Control Software: Write and refine code in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ to automate tasks and enhance process efficiency.
Analyze and Troubleshoot Systems: Evaluate existing automated processes, identify areas for improvement, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Data Analytics & Digital Twin Expert
Analyze and Model Data: Utilize data analytics and machine learning to analyze large datasets and develop predictive models that optimize biogas production processes.
Develop and Manage Digital Twins: Create and maintain digital twin models of the biogas plant to simulate and optimize operational conditions.
Integrate and Visualize Data: Integrate data from various sources and design visualizations that effectively communicate insights to support informed decision-making.
Production & Operations Manager
Manage Production and Coordination: Oversee the manufacturing process of the biogas plant by third-party companies, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Ensure Quality and Compliance: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to guarantee that all components meet required standards and regulatory compliance.
Apply Technical Expertise: Utilize a strong understanding of biogas systems to effectively communicate with manufacturers and address any technical issues during production.
